UNIVERS Party Candidate for the 2025 Presidential Election

In many Cameroonian political parties, the leader is often the party’s default presidential candidate. This is not the case with the UNIVERS Party. The decision-making bodies within UNIVERS are solely responsible for choosing the party’s presidential candidate when the time comes. The chosen individual may be a party member—or not.

As a reminder, in 2018, Cabral Libii was endorsed as UNIVERS's presidential candidate, despite not being a member or leader of the party. Similarly, Barrister AKERE MUNA will represent the UNIVERS Party in the 2025 presidential election, although he too is not a party member.
